Every knife on this page is made in the United States. Not designed here and assembled elsewhere, not imported steel with a stamp added at the end. We forge the billets, draw them out, grind, heat treat, fit the handles and finish each piece in our own workshop in Memphis, Tennessee. This is the whole catalogue, because there is nothing in it that is made anywhere else.
What made in the USA means here. The blade is forged and heat treated in our shop. The handle material is cut, shaped and fitted by hand on the same benches. The final grind, the etch, the sharpening and the inspection all happen before the knife goes in a box that leaves Memphis. The only things we buy in are raw steel and natural handle materials, which is what every American maker does.
Why it is worth paying for. A knife made under one roof can be judged at every stage by the person responsible for it. If a weld is not clean the billet goes back in the fire rather than down the line. If a handle does not sit right, it comes off and is remade. That is slower and more expensive than importing finished blades, and it is the difference you can feel in the fit.
What we make. Hunting and skinning knives, chef and kitchen blades, folding pocket knives, balisongs, bowies, daggers, karambits, cleavers and swords. Steels are layered 1095 and 15N20 Damascus at 58 to 60 HRC, D2 tool steel, 440C stainless and VG10. Handles are stag antler, buffalo and ram horn, camel bone, kamagong, rose wood, walnut burl, brass and copper.
