Hand Made Knives

Knives made by hand rather than stamped and assembled on a line. Every blade in this collection is forged, ground, heat treated and finished individually, which is why small variations in pattern and finish appear between pieces that share a model name. Hand work costs more and takes longer, but it is also why the grind is consistent to the edge and the fit between handle and bolster is tight. Damascus, high-carbon and stainless steels are all represented.
