Our sword collection covers hand-forged blades built at full length — katana, Viking, gladius, falchion, kilij, scimitar, longsword, tanto, short sword and decorative arming patterns — in folded high-carbon Damascus and D2 tool steel, finished with fitted guards, wrapped handles and matched scabbards. Each blade is drawn out by hand, heat treated, and acid etched so the fold structure reads down the entire length. They are built and sold as collector, display and costume replica pieces, and every one is made in Memphis, TN.
A sword billet takes far longer to forge than a knife billet, so nothing here is mass produced. When a pattern sells out it may be weeks before that shape comes back.

Damascus or D2
The Damascus swords are folded 1095 and 15N20, acid etched so the pattern runs the full length of the blade — the ones people photograph. The D2 swords are ground from tool steel and finished mirror polished or stone washed; plainer, harder wearing, and easier to keep clean. If the sword is going on a wall in a humid room, D2 forgives you more. If it is going in a display case, take the Damascus.

Questions people ask
Are these functional swords or wall pieces? They are forged from real high-carbon Damascus or ground from D2 and heat treated, not cast display metal. That said, we build and sell them as collector and display pieces; we do not test or warranty them for full-contact cutting or sparring.
What steel is used? Layered high-carbon Damascus, typically 1095 and 15N20 combinations, folded to a high layer count for maximum contrast in the pattern. Several patterns are also offered in D2 tool steel, mirror polished or stone washed.
Are the swords sharpened? They arrive with a working edge rather than a shaving edge. That is deliberate on a display blade, and it is easy to take further with a stone if you want to.
How should a sword be stored? Horizontally on a stand, edge up, blade lightly oiled, and out of a closed scabbard for long-term storage so trapped moisture does not pit the steel.
Does it come with a scabbard? Yes — each sword ships with a fitted wood-and-leather scabbard made for that blade.
Which one should I start with? If it is a gift or a first sword, the katana. It reads as a sword from across the room, it fits a standard stand, and nobody has ever been disappointed to be handed one. Gladius if the shelf is short.
