Our sword collection covers hand-forged Damascus blades built at full length – katana, tanto, short sword and decorative arming patterns – forged from folded high-carbon steel and finished with fitted guards, wrapped handles and matched scabbards. Each blade is drawn out by hand, heat treated, and acid etched so the fold structure reads down the entire length. Because a sword billet takes far longer to forge than a knife billet, this category stays small and turns over slowly.
Are these functional swords or wall pieces? They are forged from real high-carbon Damascus and heat treated, not cast display metal. That said, we build and sell them as collector and display pieces; we do not test or warranty them for full-contact cutting or sparring.
What steel is used? Layered high-carbon Damascus, typically 1095 and 15N20 combinations, folded to a high layer count for maximum contrast in the pattern.
How should a sword be stored? Horizontally on a stand, edge up, blade lightly oiled, and out of a closed scabbard for long-term storage so trapped moisture does not pit the steel.
Does it come with a scabbard? Yes – each sword ships with a fitted wood-and-leather scabbard made for that blade.
