Description
Jade Warden is the odd combination that works: a hand mirror-polished D2 blade on an olive green G10 handle. Mirror finishes usually get paired with wood, and G10 usually gets paired with matte steel — putting them together gives you a knife that looks like a serious piece of kit from the handle back and a collector’s blade from the guard forward. Plain stainless screws, nothing else.

Built for: everything the rest of the tracker range is built for — chopping and skinning on the forward belly, carving on the straight section, notching and ferro-rod work off the sawback spine, batoning without ceremony at a quarter inch thick. G10 is the handle to choose if the knife will be wet, cold or filthy; it grips when your hands do not want to.
Care: the G10 is effectively maintenance free — soap, water, a brush. The blade is where the attention goes: D2 is semi-stainless, so dry it after use and wipe a light coat of mineral oil over it monthly. Keep the mirror clean with a microfibre cloth only. Store the knife outside the leather sheath.
FAQs
Does a mirror polish survive real use? The polish will pick up fine scratches from hard work — that is unavoidable on any finish. It is a cosmetic change, not a functional one, and a polished surface actually gives moisture fewer places to sit than a textured one. If you want a finish that hides use entirely, choose one of our stone washed models instead.
G10 or micarta in olive green? G10 is fibreglass and resin — harder, more chemical resistant, very slightly slicker. Micarta is canvas and resin — warmer in the hand with a visible weave. Both are waterproof and neither will crack or swell. We build the tracker in both.
What is a Tom Brown style tracker knife? The multi-purpose survival profile popularised by tracker and survival instructor Tom Brown Jr. — a deep chopping belly forward, a straight utility section behind it, and a sawback spine, all on one thick blade. This is our handmade interpretation, not a licensed original.
What’s included? The knife, its black leather tracker sheath, and a gift-ready box.
